The heart-shaped lock is in good vintage condition and the arm opens and closes easily. It is approximately 3 inches tall. The body of the lock is a blackish-brown and the detailing around the lock hole is copper-colored. There are a few minor chips/dings on the lock from age and use but I find the moderately distressed look only adds to the charm. The tiny skeleton key {it measures about an inch tall} that is included does not fit or turn the lock. However, they make an adorable pair together for photo ops and just sitting together as decor. Would be great to use in save the date photos or as cake and/or wedding decor.
